Registration
Guidelines

Please read the following conditions carefully before submitting your university’s registration. All terms apply to student delegate access at IEW 2027.

  • Student registration must be completed through your university’s designated coordinator — individual student registrations are not accepted.
  • A maximum of 5 students may be registered per university. This limit applies to all institutions without exception.
  • All registrants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral programme at the time of the event.

  • Technical conference access and complimentary lunch are reserved for the first 100 students whose registrations are confirmed.
  • Session access is subject to room capacity and students must display their valid delegate badge at all times.
  • Lunch entitlements are non-transferable and are valid only on the programme days shown on the confirmed registration.

  • All confirmed student delegates receive complimentary access to the exhibition floor during published opening hours.
  • Students must follow exhibitor safety instructions and may not enter restricted demonstration or operational areas.
  • Photography, recording, and collection of exhibitor materials remain subject to each exhibitor’s individual policy.

  • Students are expected to maintain professional conduct and respect delegates, speakers, exhibitors, and venue staff.
  • Delegate credentials may not be shared. Misuse of a badge can result in immediate withdrawal of event access.
  • The organiser reserves the right to amend programme access or remove participants who do not follow event guidelines.
